Basic = $5.00 per item (Refunded when Item Sells)
Premium = Reserve Price (Non-Refundable) 
                Up to $500.00 = $10.00 fee
                Over 500.00 = 1.5% of Reserve Price
You Set the Price = $15.00 Non-Refundable

40% First $500
35% $500.01 - $3000.00
30% $3000.01 - $5000.00
25% Balance over $5000.01

Ebay Fees (based on Final Selling Price)
8.75% of first $25.00
3.25% of $25.01 - $1,000
1.50% of remaining balance over $1000.
